The article left out the fact that she instructed one of the musicians in the band "My Morning Jacket." She knows what an important part music can play in the lives of her students, but she also knows how important to feed her own creativity and interest through her students. We were sorry we couldn't attend the performance at the library. Thank you Martha for you and all you do. I have known Martha for15 years and she is a dear friend and professional. Her tones are as soft as an angel's whisper or as free as the desert winds. She walks the Red Road and is a kind soul. I live in Michigan so I can't make the evening in the flesh but know that I am with you in spirit.
